**The product.** A French web app for architects. The architect uploads a plain 3D render exported from SketchUp, Revit, Rhino or Archicad, or a smartphone photo of a finished building, and gets back a photorealistic image with better light, materials and mood. A second step turns the images into short videos with camera movement and music for clients and social networks. The customer pays a monthly or yearly plan of credits: one image costs 1 credit, a video more.

**Why it worked.** Its makers already sold websites and brand design to architecture firms, so they knew the problem from their clients: good projects shown with weak pictures, because a photographer or a rendering specialist costs money and time. They built a narrow tool for that one customer, in French, with prices from €19 a month, and built the app itself with an AI app builder.

Evidence grades: A = disclosed by a public company, a filing or a payment processor, or verified by one; B = two or more independent reports agree, or a journalist confirmed it; C = a founder claim that no one else verified; D = reported, not verified: one founder claim or a third-party estimate with no second source; calc = computed on this page from graded facts.

## Summary

ArchiRise is a web app that turns an architect's 3D render into a photorealistic picture. A 3D render is an image that design software computes from a model of a building that may not exist yet; a quick render from SketchUp or Revit often looks flat and artificial. ArchiRise sends the image to generative image models, AI models that create or change pictures from an input image and an instruction. Its privacy policy names Google Gemini for images and Replicate, a service that rents out many AI models, for videos. It also repairs smartphone photos of finished buildings and makes short videos from the images.

TrustMRR, a site that reads revenue directly from a startup's payment provider, lists one founder, Marin Delval, and the founding date 22 January 2026. The legal notice says that the service is published by Polish Studio, a small French limited company (SARL) of which Marin Delval is the manager; Polish Studio has made websites and brand identities for architecture firms since 2019. TrustMRR read from Stripe, through an API key, US$781 of monthly recurring revenue (MRR), the subscription revenue of one month with yearly plans spread over twelve months, from 20 active subscriptions, synced on 3 November 2026. All-time revenue was US$6,042, and October 2026 was its best month, with US$1,637.

These are small numbers, and this page shows them because they are verified: the headline is grade A. The French company register lists two managers and no salaried employees in 2024, so the team gate passes, although the number of people who work on ArchiRise itself is not published. The page also shows four failed companies that sold pictures of future rooms and buildings, or photo editing, before image models could do the work in seconds.

## Pricing

ArchiRise plans read on the home page on 3 November 2026, in euros including 20% French VAT; US dollar values at the Federal Reserve H.10 rate of 30 October 2026, 1 EUR = 1.1163 USD (grade C)

| Plan | Per month, billed yearly (US$) | Per month, billed monthly (US$) | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Image | 17.67 | 21.21 | 120 credits a month; photorealistic renders, photo retouching, free AI edits (19 EUR a month, 190 EUR a year) |
| Image + Vidéo | 45.58 | 54.70 | 400 credits a month; adds immersive videos, simple editing with music, 1080p, social formats (49 EUR a month, 490 EUR a year) |
| Studio | 92.09 | 110.51 | 1,000 credits a month; adds 4K videos and priority support (99 EUR a month, 990 EUR a year) |

Prices are "TTC", that is with VAT included. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Yearly billing costs 10 monthly payments instead of 12: 190 EUR, 490 EUR and 990 EUR a year, 16.7% less than twelve monthly payments (calculated). Credits renew each month and do not carry over. The terms say no started period is refunded. The terms also mention packs of credits, whose prices are not on the home page.

## How much revenue does ArchiRise make? The numbers, graded

US$781 of monthly recurring revenue from 20 subscriptions and US$6,042 of revenue since March 2026, read from Stripe, for a French AI tool built by a two-manager design agency

| Fact | Value | Grade | Note | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly recurring revenue, 3 November 2026 | US$781 | A | TrustMRR metric snapshot, read from Stripe through an API key, revenue last synced 3 November 2026. MRR growth over the last 30 days: +36.7%. | [1] |
| Active subscriptions, 3 November 2026 | 20 | A | TrustMRR metric snapshot from Stripe. | [1] |
| Average MRR per subscription | about US$39 | calc | Calculated: US$781 / 20 = US$39.05, between the Image and the Image + Vidéo plan prices. | [1] |

| All-time revenue, to 3 November 2026 | US$6,042 | A | TrustMRR from Stripe. Equal to the last-12-months figure. The monthly table starts in March 2026 with US$126. | [1] |
| Revenue by month, March to October 2026 | US$126, US$917, US$325, US$1,136, US$1,055, US$462, US$329, US$1,637 | A | TrustMRR monthly revenue timeline from Stripe. The eight months add up to US$5,987 (calculated); November had US$54.94 by 3 November. October was 44% above June, the earlier best month (calculated). | [1] |
| Size of single payments in October 2026 | US$21.26 to US$21.31 several times, US$54.94 on 2 November | calc | Calculated from the TrustMRR daily table: US$21.30 / 19 EUR = 1.121 and US$54.94 / 49 EUR = 1.121, the same exchange rate, so these payments match the Image and Image + Vidéo monthly prices. TrustMRR itself does not say which products the Stripe account sells. | [1, 2] |

How to read this table: a grade A value was read by TrustMRR from Stripe, the payment provider, through an API key, or comes from the US Federal Reserve. A grade B value comes from the French public company register. A grade C value comes from the company's own pages or a founder-written listing. A "calc" value was computed on this page from the rows above it.

## When did ArchiRise launch, and how did it grow? Timeline

From a website agency for architects to an AI image and video subscription with its first US$1,000 month, in about nine months. Each entry carries its grade.

- **2019** (grade C [2, 6]): Polish Studio starts to make brand identities and websites for architecture firms, according to the ArchiRise home page and the agency's site.
- **1 February 2023** (grade B [8]): Polish Studio SARL is registered in France, with two managers.
- **Before 2026** (grade C [7]): The agency uses the name ArchiRise for a website service for architects: a 14-page site for 2,950 EUR before VAT. An older version of that page also offered 197 EUR a month.
- **22 January 2026** (grade C [1]): Founding date of ArchiRise as an AI product, according to the founder-written TrustMRR profile.
- **March 2026** (grade A [1, 3]): First verified revenue: US$126 in the month. The legal notice of the AI service is dated 17 March 2026.
- **June 2026** (grade A [1]): Revenue passes US$1,000 in a month for the first time: US$1,136.
- **August to September 2026** (grade A [1]): Revenue falls to US$462 and US$329 a month.
- **October 2026** (grade A [1]): Best month so far: US$1,637.
- **3 November 2026** (grade A [1]): US$781 of MRR from 20 active subscriptions and US$6,042 of all-time revenue, read from Stripe.

## Why did ArchiRise work?

### Sell to the clients you already know

The agency had worked for architecture firms since 2019 and lists them as clients on its site. The AI product answers the problem those clients have with pictures, uses the same message as the agency (an image that matches the real quality of the work), and the agency's site carries a banner for it.

### One narrow job, in the customer's words

The app does not offer a general image generator. It offers three tasks that an architect understands: improve a render, repair a site photo, make a video. The pages name the software architects use (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Archicad) and the rendering tools they want to avoid (V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion).

### Rented models, credits and a trial

The images come from Google Gemini and the videos from models rented through Replicate. A credit is one transformation, so the price follows the model cost. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial, and the yearly plans give two months free.

### An app built with an AI builder

The legal notice names Lovable as the host of the application and Supabase for the database and files. Lovable writes and hosts web apps from written instructions, which lets a design agency ship software without a separate development team.

## How it was built

These details come from the company's legal notice, privacy policy, terms and the founder-written TrustMRR profile. They are grade C.

- The application at app.archirise.ai is hosted by Lovable; Supabase holds the database, the logins and the stored files.
- Google Gemini makes and improves the images. Replicate and the model providers behind it make the videos.
- The marketing site archirise.ai runs on Webflow, the tool the agency uses for its client websites. The TrustMRR profile lists Webflow, React and Tailwind CSS.
- Stripe takes the card payments; Resend sends the account emails; DataFast and, with consent, the Meta pixel measure visits and ads.
- TrustMRR shows a connected GitHub account with 1,654 contributions in the last year.

## Who tried this before ArchiRise, and why did they fail?

Four companies in our database of failed startups sold pictures of future rooms, design work, or photo editing in the browser before image models could do it in seconds. The values below are from that database and are not independently verified.

The failed startups come from our database of dead startups, retold here in our own words; Its entries are AI-assisted summaries of public sources, so they carry no evidence grade.

### Modsy (2015 to 2022; funding US$72.7M; cause: Unit Economics)

- Promise: Upload photos of your room and get photorealistic 3D designs with furniture to buy.
- Why it died: Each design needed hours of work by human designers, customer acquisition was expensive and customers rarely came back.
- Record:

### Kujiale (2011 to 2025; funding US$550M; cause: No Market Need)

- Promise: Design a home in 3D in the cloud and see the furniture in place.
- Why it died: Most buyers wanted experts to design for them, not a tool, and low-margin affiliate income could not pay for the platform.
- Record:

### Laurel & Wolf (2014 to 2019; funding US$25M; cause: Unit Economics)

- Promise: Interior design by professional designers online, for a flat fee.
- Why it died: Flat fees did not cover customer acquisition, and growing the designer network lowered quality.
- Record:

### Snipshot (2006 to 2009; funding US$20K; cause: Competition)

- Promise: Edit photos in the browser without desktop software.
- Why it died: Bigger rivals and free tools offered more, and the product did not grow beyond basic edits.
- Record:

## What changed

Modsy, Laurel & Wolf and Kujiale needed people or heavy 3D software to make each picture, so every sale carried a large cost, and they spent tens or hundreds of millions of dollars looking for enough customers. Snipshot sold browser photo editing when the editing itself was simple and the market was free tools.

ArchiRise rents the picture work from image and video models, so one image costs a credit, not hours of a designer. It also does not try to reach every homeowner: it sells to architects, a group its agency already served, and charges from 19 EUR a month. The verified revenue is small, but the costs of a two-manager agency with rented models and an AI-built app are small too.

## Can one person copy ArchiRise now?

**Verdict: Yes, if you already serve one profession.**

The method is open to any agency or freelancer with a client base in one trade: put a rented image or video model behind a simple app, describe the result in that trade's words, and sell it to the clients you know. The verified result here is modest, about US$800 a month after nine months, so treat it as a side product of a service business, not a replacement for it.

1. Pick a picture problem that your existing clients pay a specialist for, such as photos, renders or videos.
2. Build a small app on a rented model; an AI app builder such as Lovable and a hosted database are enough for a first version.
3. Name the software and the situations your customers know, in their language.
4. Sell credits in monthly plans with a short free trial, and show the product to your agency's clients first.

**What is still open.** Other professions that need pictures of work not yet built or badly photographed: landscape designers, kitchen and bathroom fitters, interior designers, builders of small houses, in languages other than English.

## What could go wrong for ArchiRise?

- **Small and uneven revenue.** Verified revenue was US$6,042 in total and moved between US$325 and US$1,637 a month. August and September 2026 were low (US$462 and US$329). One good month does not yet show a stable trend.
- **One Stripe account, two kinds of business.** Before the AI product, Polish Studio used the name ArchiRise for a website service for architects (2,950 EUR before VAT, and on an older page 197 EUR a month). TrustMRR does not say which products the connected Stripe account sells. The sizes of several October payments match the AI plan prices, and no month shows a payment the size of a website sale, but this is a reading of the table, not a statement by TrustMRR.
- **Headcount on the product not published.** The company register lists two managers and no salaried employees in 2024, and the agency's site says it adds outside experts for each project. No source says how many people work on ArchiRise. The TrustMRR profile names one founder.
- **One testimonial that could not be traced.** The home page shows one quotation attributed to "Soko Architectes" and says the tool was "testé par de nombreuses agences" (tested by many agencies; translation), with no number. A web search did not find a French firm of that name. The page makes no claim about users' earnings.
- **Depends on rented models.** The images come from Google Gemini and the videos from models on Replicate. The terms say a change in price or availability of these providers can affect the service. Competing tools for architects use the same models.
