2Captcha

A CAPTCHA-solving service with an API: a program sends a CAPTCHA from a web page and receives the answer, solved by AI models or human workers, and pays per thousand solved.

What 2Captcha is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

2Captcha is a CAPTCHA-solving service. A CAPTCHA is a test on a web page, such as distorted text, an image grid or Google's reCAPTCHA, that tries to tell human visitors from automated programs. 2Captcha solves these tests for software that has to pass them, for example in automated testing.

A developer uploads the CAPTCHA through the API and receives an ID; the service solves it, and the program then requests the answer with that ID. Most tasks are solved automatically by AI models, and a task that the AI cannot solve with enough confidence goes to human workers. The service handles many types, including reCAPTCHA v2, v3 and Enterprise, Cloudflare Turnstile, image CAPTCHAs, Arkose Labs (FunCaptcha) and Amazon CAPTCHA. Official SDKs exist for Python, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, C++, PHP, Java and C#, there are examples for Selenium, Puppeteer and Playwright, and browser extensions solve CAPTCHAs in Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera. The company also sells proxies and web scraping tools.

Billing is pay per use: a price per 1,000 solved CAPTCHAs that depends on the type, and only solved CAPTCHAs are charged.
